With more than 30 years of insurance experience. Herbert is the director of Mushu Holdings. Past: He has worked with Lintas Advertising from 1976 to 1980. In 1980 he joined Robert Enthoven Group. He joined Swiss Reinsurance Company in 1982 as the Regional Manager. He was with this organization for 17 years.

With more than 40 years of insurance experience. Elliot was Executive Director and Principal Officer of IGI Insurance Company (Pvt) Limited until 1996 when he left to form Quality Insurance (Private) Limited. He was appointed its Managing Director at inception the position which he still holds. Elliot is the former Chairman of the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the finance section and is the former General Manager of Urban Development Cooperation. He began as a trainee accountant at M T D Mangula in 1982. In 1985 he joined Truworths as Group Accountant and rose through the ranks to Financial Director. Bright left Truworths Limited in 2007 and joined William Bain Holdings as Finance Director. Bright is also a director of Benmal Investments .

Arnold is the former Technical Advisor -Minister's Office in the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development. He has experience in the hospitality, retail, telecommunications, investments management, export credit insurance and tertiary education sectors.He has experience in the areas of business consultancy, strategy design, business development, corporate finance, credit analysis, business valuations, financial modelling, economic modelling, writing business plans, fund-raising and training. Arnold has exposure to business practices in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Ghana,Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Rwanda and Zambia.
