With more than 40 years of insurance experience. Elliot was Executive Director and Principal Officer of IGI Insurance Company (Pvt) Limited until 1996 when he left to form Quality Insurance (Private) Limited. He was appointed its Managing Director at inception the position which he still holds. Elliot is the former Chairman of the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe.

• Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK (FCII).
• Fellow with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA).
• Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS)

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa

Sekai has more than 10 years’ experience in the short term insurance industry. She joined QIC in 2008.

• BCom (Honours) Degree in Risk Management and Insurance (NUST- ZIMBABWE)
• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
• Currently pursuing the Chartered status in Insurance with The Chartered Insurance Institute of UK

Philister is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAZ) and holder of Honors’ Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Bachelor of Accountancy Honors Degree from University of Zimbabwe. She has experience in Accounting, Auditing Financial & Administration Management in the Financial Services (Insurance) and Manufacturing sector at management level. She served and completed Articles of Clerkship (2016) with Ernst & Young Accountants, Zimbabwe. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honors degree from University of Zimbabwe (2013), B Compt Accounting Honors degree with UNISA (2015)..
